Newsletter – Incoming!

After much deliberation I have decided to join the ranks of newsletter-bearing authors. One of the hardest things about authoring in the modern age is knowing how much to share, how often to share it, and whether people are REALLY interested in hearing it. Here, I’m my own worst enemy, because my assumption is always that people are busy and overloaded with information, and it takes something pretty special to compel them to read something else on their computer.

Do I have stuff to share that’s something special? I’ll let you decide. But I do have stuff to share — about reading, writing, and life.

And sometimes I even have NEWS.

So after taking an informal Facebook poll and confirming that a good number of my readers would like a semi-personal, once-monthly, quick and easy to read account of what’s going onย — with my writing and everything elseย — I decided to give it a whirl. My plan is to include a couple of real life things (recipes, things I’m loving that month, etc.) with a personal snippet and a book recommendation or writing tip. I’m planning to keep it one page, and only put it out once a month.

But the big thing is that I’m going to make as many announcements as possible to newsletter subscribers first. And that includes my next book announcement.

If you’d like to stay in the loop, you can sign up for the newsletterย here in under ten seconds. And if you decide to opt out at any time, all you’ll have to do is hit the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each newsletter.

Sarah, because of legalities involving Spam, I’m not able to add you to the list. You have to subscribe using the form under About/Reader List at the top of my web page. It’s easy and quick though!

Thanks so much, Shama! If you’d be willing to leave a review, I’d be eternally grateful!

Hi, Donna! Unfortunately I can’t add you due to FTC laws surrounding Spam. But you can go to the link at the top of my Homepage and click on About > Email List to join.

Your books move smoothly, they don’t drag. I read close to 4 books a week, I’ll be purchasing more. Great work

Thank you so much, Roxanne! Your comment made my day. Are you signed up for my mailing list? I offer free review copies to my mailing list – and other freebies sometimes, too. Would love to have you join.

This was on the inside page of every chapter in book 3 of The Muscle Series and then from chapter 7 onwards the chapters were repeated to the end of the book. Con you help with this please? I purchased the books from Apple Books.

Thank You

Hi, Natasha!

So very sorry about that. There must have been a file mix up. I’m happy to get you the correct file, and also to provide you with a complimentary copy of SAVAGE, the first book in the London Mob series, when it comes out in February. Do you read on an iPad? Is best for me to provide you with a link to that version? Thank so much for letting me know! I sent you an email and have already corrected the problem at iBooks.

The wrong file of the second “Muscle” installment is still on the iBook library. I just started reading it, and it is full of author notes and grammatical errors. Thought you would like to know so that you could correct for your readers.

Thanks so much, Phyllis! I miss Nico and Angel already, so I’m glad their in good hands with readers like you.

Where do I find the 3rd book of Muscle and the book Savage? I can not find either with Barnes and Noble website. Please email back.
Thank you

Hi, Roxanne –

Unfortunately, I had a new assistant who made an error in uploading the most recent versions of The Muscle Part Two and Part Three. I’m in the process of correcting it now and getting the right files uploaded, and you should see The Muscle Three back up on Nook in the next couple of days. So sorry about that. I appreciate your patience!

Hi Michelle, I purchased the Muscle Part Two after reading the 1st one & the Mob Boss series but am finding it increasingly frustrating to read with all the spelling mistakes & missing words/emotions that have been replaced with “WHAT” & “WHO SAID” (lots of capitals for unfinished thoughts) I feel like I’m in a ‘Choose your own adventure story’ lol
Wondering if I’ve somehow purchased an unedited copy??

There was definitely a file upload error, Amanda! So sorry. I was working with a new assistant, and we had a confusing set of mix-ups.

I sent you an email with instructions to claim a free, clean copy, and also a free copy of Savage when it comes out. I hope this makes up for some of the inconvenience!

Hello and happy new year! I loved the mob boss series. I read the books in one seating!
I was trying to subscribe to your newsletter, but I get redirected to a 404 error page. Is there a new link?

Happy New Year, Katerina!

Thanks so much for letting me know about the link. Were you trying to subscribe via Facebook? I’ll go see if there’s a problem there. In the meantime, you can try this one; I just checked it, and it’s working fine. I’m going to announce this month’s Tiffany winner soon. Just as soon as I stop writing long enough to put together an email to you guys… ๐Ÿ˜‰

So happy you loved the Mob Boss series. I miss Nico and Angel so much, but I feel better knowing they’re in such good hands. I’m super excited to release Farrell’s book next month, and I’ll be offering a limited number of free review copies to my list.

Thanks for reading!

I love the mob series. Have you ever consider of having nico n Luca to meet up again with their respective partners?
Terima kasih kepada anda memperkenalkan bahasa ibunda saya kepada penbaca anda. Syabas!

I’ve enjoyed your stories! I’ve spent the holidays addicted to my phone reading story after story. I recently finished the Mob Series with Nico and Angel, and the continuation with Luca in Muscles. Can’t wait for Farrell Black in Savage!

Thank you, Lori! I so appreciate you reading, and I’m super excited to release Farrell’s story. It’s been so much fun to write!

The next series will be the London Mob series, Cat! It features Farrell Black (whom you met in the Mob Boss series and saw again in The Muscle) and his second-chance-love, a woman you may recognize from a very brief glimpse of her in Ruthless. Thanks so much for reading!

Nico & Angel’s stories were beyond addictive. Can’t wait to sink into Luca and Farrell. Thanks and please add me to your mailing list. Robin

Thanks so much, Robin! I can’t add you to my newsletter list (there are regulations that prohibit it), but you can sign up at this link; Super excited to share Farrell’s story with you guys.

This is the first book that I have read from you and I’m HOOKED. You are my favorite author now. This book was well written and has a lot of suspense. Can’t wait to read the next installment. Thank you for writing this awesome book. You’ve got yourself a new fan.

Readers like you make it possible for me to keep writing, Yvonne. I can’t thank you enough for your support!

I’m sorry to hear that, Regina! This is a trilogy, so Nico and Angel’s story isn’t complete until Lawless. I hope you like it when it’s all said and done.

loved it! First time reading your books , and finished the first 2 books in 2 days can’t wait to start the next book

Thanks so much, Jennifer! I’m so happy to know Angel and Nico are in good hands.

Thank you so much, Renee! I’ve been so focused on my deadline for Eternal (the final book in Farrell and Jenna’s story) that I haven’t checked in on my website. This was such a nice message to find! I have a special place in my heart for Luca and Isabel. So glad they are in such good hands with readers like you. <3

Just finished reading this book! It was awesome! So well written with such a compelling storyline! I am interested in anything you have written, or new offerings! I read several books per week & so few of them fall into the realm of excellence…it is such a pleasure! I would also be interested in any ARC’s for your new novels. Now I’m off to download the next book in this series!

Thank you so much, Bobbi! Writing can be such a solitary pursuit. It’s always nice to be reminded that my stories are moving readers. Have you signed up for my email list? I often give away free review copies there. Thanks so very much for reading! <3
