Looks like a pretty cool week 🙂
It was!
😀
So, you know I need to know which cookbook that spicy noodle salad is from, I must have some!
Also, love the cat shot!

It was SO GOOD! It was from Vegan Cooking for Carnivores, and it had pretty basic stuff in it. I think the sauce was made with peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar and maybe some agave. It was super tasty. This is the second recipe I’ve tried from this cookbook and they’ve both been winners.

Delish! Thanks, Michelle!
Lmao, Mands! I was just about to ask the same question. Must feed the cookbook addiction 😉
Clever vegan minds think alike 😉
I liked the cat shot of course so cute and the one with the plants was my day today. There is a green house right up my street and they were open today for their annual spring sale(They are only once a year!)So my mom wanted to get some so she bought 4 plants.
Nawww! The cat is so cute! Were you at an athletics track or something? 🙂
That is one super healthy shopping trolley, MZ!
Nawww, your kids are cuties.
I just like that you call it a trolley!
😉
And yes. The whole vegetarian things has made shopping very easy. The vast majority of the stuff we buy is in the produce aisle. We’ve always eaten a lot of fruits and veggies, but now I might buy four things a week that aren’t located there. It’s crazy!

I love that picture of the sky…well, I guess it’s more just a picture of the landscape around you, but the sky looks so cool in that picture!
And plants! My roommates and I have been debating when to buy some potted plants…and start our container garden…we need pretty things on our front porch, because we failed miserably on that last summer.
It does, right?
And even though we’re going to put the strawberries in the ground, everyone at he nursery said they were amazing container strawberries and that they produce constantly and are almost impossible to kill.
